The Short Version
I've closed over 250 mortgage loans since 2018 — first at Caliber Home Loans, then building a brokerage practice that now searches 150+ wholesale lenders on every deal. Purchase, refinance, FHA, VA, USDA, non-QM, construction, DSCR investor loans — if there's a program for it, I've probably originated it.
I grew up in Spokane, graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Business, and never left the Inland Northwest. I know the neighborhoods, the market, and the people — and I think that matters when someone's buying a home here.
Outside the Office
When I'm not running rate comparisons, I'm chasing my kids around Spokane or on stage with my cover band. Being a dad is the best thing I've ever done — it also makes me weirdly good at multitasking and staying calm under pressure, which turns out to be exactly what you need when you're juggling 15 loan files at once.

I co-founded Troubadour Music back in 2011 with my buddies Riley and Michael. We play everything — rock, country, pop, you name it — at weddings, private parties, and local venues across Spokane and the greater Northwest. We've learned hundreds of songs over the years and we're still going strong.
